Gratitude

Thanksgiving time is here. It's a time to reflect on our accomplishments and give thanks to some of friends and family that have helped us along the way. You've been through a lot of changes in the last three months. So for this post please reflect on one accomplishment you are proud that you accomplished and one friend or family member that has helped you in some way that your thankful for.

  1. One accomplishment that I am proud of is that I got good grades on my first report card as a freshman. During the first quarter, I tried really hard to get good grades and I am glad that I was able to accomplish it.
I am thankful for my parents because they helped me get through the first few months of school and they helped me not get so stressed out about school.

  2. Time has flown by so fast. These past three months have been filled with so many new experiences, challenges, and accomplishments. One thing that I am most proud of is becoming Vice President of my homeroom class. In eighth grade, I was the President of the entire school. After I graduated, I wanted to continue being a strong leader. I ran for President, but I did not get enough votes. I did not give up and ran for Vice President. I soon found out that I was elected to be Vice President. I was very excited. I got the chance to be someone that others look up to and depend on. One day, I hope to be the President of the whole schole. One person who has helped me through this new and exciting journey is my mom. She has been by my side through thick and thin. She had comforted me when I was sad or stressed. I know she will also be there when I need her. She supports me in everything that I do. My mom does everything she can for me. I am so grateful to have her in my life.
